Right of rescission

1)     If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract within two weeks without saying any reasons. You have to use written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or send back the goods. It is enough to send the cancellation or to ship the goods in time. You may send your cancellation to: ICS GeburtsPool.de, Matthias Stulz, Schmieheimer Str. 28, 77971 Kippenheim, Germany.

2)      In case of effective cancellation both sides have to give back their benefits (goods and money)

3)      If you are not able to return you benefit totally or partially or the goods are in bad condition you have to refund the losses. This is not the case for normal worsening through testing as in a store. You can avoid refunding by not using the goods as an owner and by neglecting everything that may cause worsening.

4)      Goods have to be shipped back. In case of reconsignment of goods with item values less than 40,- euro you have to assume the shipping costs, when the shipped goods are as ordered.

Otherwise reconsignment is free. Please contact us BEFORE returning any goods (info@geburtspool.de or +497825879388) to find out the cheapest way. Only the cheapest shipping costs can be assumed by us. In case of exchange you have to assume the shipping costs for the new items, when exchange cause wasn’t a faulty product on our responsibility. In case of partly reconsignment we apply surcharge for quantities below minimum when the returned goods are of value lower than 15,- Euro minimum order value. The charge is 5,50 Euro.

5)      There’s no right for reconsignment on personalized goods, goods produced for your needs or on products which are not able to be returned by condition (e.g. hygienical items).

6)   Price reduced articles can't be returned.
